Callshot Technologies LTD. (“Callshot”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Callshot platform (the “Platform”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Callshot may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Callshot Technologies LTD. operates a technology platform that enables:

  • A real-time, player-vs-player sports battle royale game where users compete in elimination-style tournaments by answering questions about live sports events.
  • The platform uses licensed, official live sports data feeds for automated outcome determination.
  • Payment infrastructure utilizes non-custodial technology, meaning users maintain full control of their funds at all times.

What Callshot does NOT do

  • We do not act as a bookmaker or house.
  • We do not offer odds, set prices, or take positions against Users.
  • We do not operate a trading platform or marketplace.
  • We do not perform custody of User funds.
  • We do not manually determine outcomes.
  • We do not intermediate financial transactions.
  • We do not offer financial instruments, derivatives, or tradable contracts.

All engagements on the Platform are strictly peer-to-peer, governed by programmatic rules.

3. Fairness, Data Integrity & Neutrality of Operations

3.1 Automated, Data-Driven Resolution

All gameplay outcomes - including validations, eliminations, scoring updates, and prize distributions - are determined solely by:

  1. Official sports data feeds, and
  2. Immutable smart-contract logic.

No employee, member, contractor, or affiliate of Callshot has the authority or technical ability to alter, delay, override, or manually adjudicate outcomes.

3.2 Use of Official, Licensed Data

Callshot uses official, licensed, reputable global data providers, such as:

These providers supply real-time play-by-play data, statistical updates, and validated game events. Callshot does not generate, fabricate, or modify sports data.

3.3 Prohibition on Manipulation, Odds Creation, Market Making & Internal Bots

To maintain a neutral and fair environment:

Callshot, including all employees, founders, contractors, and affiliates, will NOT

  • Create, manipulate, fabricate, or alter any sports data or statistical inputs.
  • Generate or adjust odds, implied probabilities, or payout ratios.
  • Operate as a market maker, liquidity source, house bettor, or counterparty.
  • Deploy internal bots, algorithmic agents, or privileged accounts that affect gameplay or market dynamics.
  • Influence user outcomes, game logic, prize pools, or data interpretation.
  • Provide selective or privileged data access to any party.

Callshot acts solely as:

  • A frontend interface, and
  • A smart-contract infrastructure provider

…not as a participant or economic actor in gameplay.

4. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old, or meet your jurisdiction’s age of majority.
  2. Be legally permitted to participate in skill-based or predictive games.
  3. Not reside in or access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions (listed later in Section 18).
  4. Not bypass geographic, IP, or compliance restrictions.

You assume full responsibility for determining your legal eligibility.

5. Account Registration & Wallets

When registering:

  • A non-custodial crypto wallet is generated for you.
  • You retain exclusive control of all private keys.
  • Callshot cannot recover, restore, or access your wallet or funds.
  • All transactions from your wallet are deemed authorized by you.

Loss of private keys results in permanent loss of access to assets.

6. Non-Custodial Architecture

The Platform operates entirely via self-custody infrastructure.

Callshot does not:

  • Hold User assets
  • Transfer User assets
  • Freeze or reverse transactions
  • Mediate disputes involving wallet balances

All transactions occur on-chain between Users through autonomous smart contracts.

7. Smart Contract Interactions

You acknowledge:

  • On-chain transactions are final and irreversible.
  • Network fees (gas) are determined by the blockchain, not Callshot.
  • Delays, forks, congestion, or blockchain bugs may affect processing.
  • Smart-contract code may be updated or upgraded as disclosed by the Company.

Audit reports for both application frontend and smart contracts are publicly posted on GitHub.

8. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Manipulate the Platform, smart contracts, UI, or data feeds.
  • Use bots, scripts, exploits, or automation tools.
  • Collude with other Users or coordinate outcomes.
  • Interfere with game integrity or smart-contract execution.
  • Engage in illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. Gameplay Mechanics

Game Format: Callshot operates elimination-style tournament contests. Users compete by answering questions about live sports events in real-time.

How It Works:

  • Users enter tournaments by paying a fixed entry fee
  • Entry fees create a prize pool (minus platform service fee)
  • Each round presents a question about an ongoing sports event
  • Users submit their answers within a time limit
  • Answers are automatically validated against official sports data
  • Users who answer incorrectly are eliminated from the tournament
  • Surviving users after all rounds split the prize pool

Scoring and Outcomes: Success depends primarily on sports knowledge, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.

Rule Modifications: Callshot may modify game rules, tournament formats, question types, or scoring systems at any time with reasonable notice to users.

10. Fees

Callshot may charge:

  • Platform access or participation fees
  • Blockchain network transaction fees (gas)
  • Administrative or protocol-level fees

All fees will be disclosed at the time of use.

11. No Financial, Investment, or Gambling Advice

The Platform is intended for entertainment and competitive gameplay purposes only.

Callshot does not:

  • Offer financial products
  • Provide investment advice
  • Operate a gambling or sportsbook operation
  • Create securities, futures, or derivatives markets

User participation is voluntary and based on individual judgment.

12. No Custodial or Fiduciary Duties

Because Callshot is non-custodial:

  • We do not act as a custodian or trustee.
  • We do not safeguard or insure User assets.
  • We do not maintain fiduciary obligations.

You bear all risks related to wallet management and on-chain behavior.

13. Technology, Security & Audits

Callshot employs industry-standard security practices and has undergone external audits for:

  • Application frontend
  • Smart-contract architecture

However:

  • No system is perfectly secure
  • Third-party failures may occur
  • Callshot is not liable for losses arising from hacks, exploits, or vulnerabilities

14. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, software, UI/UX, trademarks, and documentation on the Platform belong to Callshot Technologies LTD.

You may not reproduce or distribute assets without written authorization.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party providers, including:

  • Sports data feeds
  • Blockchain networks
  • Wallet frameworks
  • Hosting services
  • Payment providers

Callshot is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party systems.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Callshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Callshot is not liable for any losses related to smart contracts, wallet mismanagement, data feed errors, or third-party failures.
  • User assumes all risk associated with gameplay and blockchain usage.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callshot Technologies LTD. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

18. Restricted Jurisdictions

Users may not use the Platform from regions with high regulatory restrictions, including but not limited to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union Member States
  • Singapore
  • China
  • Hong Kong
  • Any jurisdiction prohibiting predictive gaming or blockchain-based competition

Callshot may update the list as regulatory conditions change.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in the same jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
